Job Description
Summary Step into a supportive school community where you can make a direct impact on students while maintaining schedule flexibility and work-life balance. This unique role pairs a small, focused caseload with opportunities to mentor an SLPA — all within a collaborative, student-centered team that values autonomy and meaningful relationships. Services can be delivered remotely or on-site depending on your preference.
What You’ll Do
Provide approximately 207 hours of clinical supervision for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) over the school year Manage a caseload of about 26 students, including assessments, IEP development, and progress monitoring Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student growth Participate in IEP meetings and team planning as needed Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with district support staff Deliver services remotely or in person, depending on your preference Experience You’ll Need
Active California SLP license Prior school-based experience, including IEPs and case management Experience supervising SLPAs or strong interest in mentorship Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable using teletherapy platforms (if delivering services remotely) Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days Sheena Afreen #INDSH123
