Overview:

Our client is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role partners with leadership to drive financial clarity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting functions (GL, A/R, A/P, payroll, etc.)
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Support audits and maintain internal controls.
• Guide and develop the accounting team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 10+ years in accounting/finance, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial systems.
• Analytical, organized, and collaborative mindset.
