Role:- Automation QA Engg - Minimum of 5 years of experience as software quality assurance analyst and some software development experience.
- Hand on experience in Automation Framework ( Preferably Robo Framework)
- Willingness to work from 7:30 AM EST / 5 PM IST so that there is overlap with India Team
- Experience developing/analyzing test cases/plans
- Ability to break down an ambiguous problem and define it more clearly.
- Ability to work within a team asking for clarification when needed.
- Familiar with good programming standards documentation, commenting code and doing standard testing.
- Ability to work with others on features.
- Essential Skills (Technical/Nontechnical)
- Test case management and defect tracking tools.
- ALM, Octane/Rally, familiar with UFT or other testing tools.
- Database (MSSQL), SQL Queries, basic programming knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of debugging tools to address defects, performance, and stress testing issues.
- Good knowledge of system, functional and UAT testing.
- Defect tracking and Motivated to learn and stay up to date with emerging and relevant technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting, discussing, and documenting technical information.
- Ability to voice opinions, present clear rationale and use data or factual evidence to influence decision.
