Addison Group is working with a respected organization seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team on a contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key HR initiatives while partnering closely with internal teams and leadership. The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic HR support across multiple departments, helping to align business objectives with employee and organizational needs. The ideal candidate will offer expertise in employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance, while serving as a trusted advisor to managers and team leaders. Key responsibilities include: Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning Collaborate on compensation and benefits discussions, learning initiatives, and retention efforts Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support continuous improvement and decision-making Qualifications: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 23 years in a Business Partner capacity Proven experience supporting employee groups of 300+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build relationships and influence across all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Bachelor's degree required Perks: Work with a collaborative, mission-driven team Exposure to a wide range of HR strategies and functions Flexible hybrid work environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
