This Designer will create cohesive, story-driven campaigns across multiple mediums, focusing on organic channels like Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Pinterest. You’ll collaborate with the Design Director to craft visually captivating designs that honor the brand's heritage while resonating with modern audiences. We're looking for someone passionate about creating integrated campaign visuals, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and illustration, and an understanding of how design tells stories across platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and design cohesive campaign visuals that can seamlessly live across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on organic channels such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Pinterest, and beyond Create visually compelling assets for social feeds, stories, reels, and other organic content, ensuring all work reflects the brand’s identity and enhances user engagement Lead the design of assets for integrated campaigns, ensuring the visual language flows consistently across digital, social, and offline channels Craft designs that elevate storytelling, using typography, illustration, and layout to bring brand narratives to life Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create content that fits specific campaign objectives, ensuring designs align with overall marketing strategies Innovate and design engaging content for organic channels that spark community engagement and encourage sharing, conversation, and connection Create assets that support key storytelling moments, from product launches to seasonal campaigns, maintaining a strong visual presence across social platforms like Pinterest and Meta Stay updated with digital design trends, specifically related to organic social media, and leverage these insights to optimize and enhance campaign performance Lead design projects from ideation to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that deadlines are met and creative excellence is maintained Optimize images and design assets to ensure they are scalable and adaptable to different digital formats and platforms
Skills & Requirements
6+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful work across digital and organic platforms like Pinterest, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and other social media channels Expertise in creating multi-channel campaign assets, focusing on organic channels with a strong understanding of how to design specifically for social feeds, stories, and organic content Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with experience in animation (Premiere, After Effects) for engaging short-form content Deep appreciation for typography, layout, and illustration in the context of storytelling across digital media Proven ability to design work that is part of a larger, integrated campaign and lives across various touchpoints, ensuring consistency and high visual standards Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams (marketing, content, and strategy) to ensure alignment on creative objectives A keen eye for design that’s not just aesthetically pleasing but also drives engagement and supports the brand's heritage-driven storytelling A curious, open-minded approach to design trends and innovations, particularly within social media and digital platforms Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards
Bonus Skills
Experience using Figma Strong image retouching skills to ensure polished, high-quality visual assets A passion for organic social content and a deep understanding of what resonates with audiences on platforms like Meta and Pinterest
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field preferred Proven experience in digital design, particularly for brands focused on organic content and social media Understanding of UX/UI principles and how to apply them to social media content A passion for design that tells authentic, meaningful stories, with an understanding of how to engage and connect with an audience
