Must-Have: Proof of residence required for compact license prior to booking.
Description: Float between two Emergency Departments as needed. The role involves a weekend package with shifts from 11 AM to 11 PM. The job requires treating any chief complaints that present. The unit accommodates 31-40 beds. The nurse to patient ratio is 1:4. Charting is done using an electronic health record system. Scrubs should be in black, blue-Caribbean, or blue-navy colors. Floating may occur only in the event of an overstaffed situation if there's a need in inpatient areas. Team members will assist with urgent or emergent procedures as medically necessary.
