Job Description : Our client is looking for an experienced business development professional who can lead with insight, partner with confidence, and drive smart, sustainable growth. The ideal candidate understands how to navigate complex organizations, craft compelling narratives, build relationships, and bring the right people to the table. As a Senior Business Development Lead, you will help shape the company's growth by identifying target accounts, developing outreach strategies, and managing early-stage client conversations that lay the foundation for long-term partnerships. Responsibilities : Drive New Business Development: Lead sales initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities. Identify targets and engage with buyers to build a strategic book of business, focusing on mid-market and enterprise clients. Partner with marketing to develop account-based outreach strategies and sales enablement tools. Execute lead generation activities such as email campaigns, event participation, and networking to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
