Our client, a leader in professional aviation training and simulation systems, is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic and agile team supporting the development of cutting-edge flight simulation products. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior Realtime Graphics & Unreal Engine Developer
Location: Saint Louis, Missouri OR Tulsa, OK OR Dallas, TX
Pay Range:
Competitive, based on experience.
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and provide subject matter expertise for a flight simulation product built on Unreal Engine. Leverage, extend, or replace native Unreal Engine capabilities with a focus on performance and visual realism. Contribute to subsystems including rendering, shading, lighting, and animation. Provide guidance on estimation, scheduling, and software architecture decisions. Engage in all facets of software development from communication to end-user support. What's Needed?
Minimum of 5 years of
Unreal Engine
developer experience. Proficiency in
C++ programming and game or graphics programming. Strong understanding of software architecture and object-oriented design. Experience with data structures and algorithms. Technical experience in areas such as game development and multi-threading is a plus. What's in it for me?
