GROUNDS KEEPER Salary: $4,368/month (BC-02) Maintains lawns and landscaped areas, cleans comfort stations, collects refuse in parks/recreation areas. May do heavy lifting and minor repairs. May be required to work weekends, nights, and holidays. LABORER I / LABORER II Salary - Laborer I: $4,368/month (BC-02) Salary - Laborer II: $4,492/month (BC-03) Digs and backfills holes and trenches; loads, moves, and unloads dirt, materials, and equipment; and does other heavy manual work and/or various semi-skilled manual work. UTILITY WORKER I Salary: $4,492/month (BC-03) Performs various janitorial, groundskeeping, and unskilled or semi-skilled work such as setting up floor panels, stage equipment, and platforms; may do heavy manual work; and performs other related duties as required. Some experience and/or training in janitorial, housekeeping, and/or general laboring work. Grounds Keeper, Laborer I/II, and Utility Worker I:
None. Desirable experience for Grounds Keeper and Utility Worker I: Groundskeeping, landscaping experience, and/or some janitorial, custodial, or related work experience. LICENSE REQUIREMENT: Possession of an appropriate valid driver's license, as required.
