implementing designs Experience managing access stations and conditional access policies - RBAC Active Directory Experience implementing Copilot, Exchange Online MS Purview Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like: This role will support the IAM engineering team in executing a large-scale M365 rollout. The engineer will be responsible for translating architectural designs into functional implementations, ensuring secure and scalable identity solutions across the enterprise. Implement IAM solutions based on architectural designs within the M365 ecosystem. Configure and manage access stations, conditional access policies, and role-based access control (RBAC). Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring secure and efficient identity management. Collaborate with architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues across M365 services. Document configurations, processes, and procedures to support operational excellence. Project Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on M365 IAM Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management team. This role is a backfill position supporting the ongoing Microsoft 365 (M365) implementation at a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in M365 Identity and Access Management, with a strong focus on engineering and implementation.
