About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Growth Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of demand generation strategies for its digital product portfolio. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving global campaign strategies that result in significant year-on-year growth. This role demands a creative problem-solver with a data-driven mindset, capable of finding and capitalizing on growth opportunities. The VP will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, defining marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of digital product campaigns. A strong understanding of B2B enterprise marketing and HR solutions is essential, as is the ability to manage a substantial demand generation budget and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Growth Marketing include leadership and collaboration, campaign development and execution, and performance measurement and optimization. The role requires a candidate with at least 10 years' of demand generation or growth marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years' in a management position. The ideal candidate will have a background in driving go-to-market strategies for software solutions and managing localized marketing campaigns for international markets. Strong project management skills, the ability to influence and work effectively in a diverse organization, and excellent communication skills are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
