Responsibilities
The Director, Value Based Care Operations, will be responsible for shaping, leading and executing Duly’s VBC programs. This individual will leverage deep working knowledge of VBC models, general network operations, and excel at collaborating cross-functionally across Population Health, Managed Care, and Finance to optimize contract performance.
This role will require bring a deep understanding of value-based programs, including but not limited to shared risk, revenue recognition, final reconciliations, and population health operational levers. All lines of business will be within scope for this position, with heavy-focus on Medicare-risk programs and at-risk Commercial capitated programs. Medicaid and MMAI contracts will also be included but are smaller in scale.
Additionally, this role will own the day-to-day operational execution to drive high-value performance. Consistent tracking of relevant elements (e.g., attribution, carve outs, network dynamics, cost of care reductions, etc.) will be key in determining opportunities and financial impact, in addition to driving performance across internal teams.Execute VBC incentive programs that includes ownership of operational initiatives, performance improvement strategies, and expertise in economic drivers
Collaborate and execute cross-functionally with teams across Duly, including Population Health, Clinic Operations, Managed Care, and Finance to maximize Duly's performance in value-based care contracts Develop management process around payer programs and Duly’s cross-functional dependencies (e.g., quality, attribution, utilization management, network integrity, etc.) to ensure performance and contract requirements are met Utilize data analytics and insights to size opportunities within VBC contracts and subsequently build workplan / initiatives to achieve “go-get” opportunities Review payer data to determine key levers for contract performance, including but not limited to payer market data, patient attribution, and cost of care levers; bring solutions to internal teams based on insights Drive continuous improvement and establish a fast feedback loop that leverages data to improve performance with accuracy and speed
Qualifications
Level of Education
Bachelor’s Degree required Master in Healthcare Administration (MHA); or, Master in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
Field of Study
Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Years Of Experience
2-3+ years of previous experience in consulting and operations background required 5 years management / leadership experience preferred

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $125K-$188K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package. #J-18808-Ljbffr
