The
Delivery Specialist
is responsible for delivering vehicles to customers in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of the automotive industry, and the ability to perform physical tasks related to vehicle delivery.
Responsibilities:
Vehicle Preparation : Ensure that vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for delivery before pickup. Customer Interaction : Greet customers warmly and provide clear explanations of vehicle features and functions. Vehicle Delivery : Drive vehicles to customer locations safely and efficiently, following all traffic laws and regulations. Documentation : Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery orders, customer signatures, and inspection reports. Problem Resolution : Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Vehicle Return : Assist customers with returning vehicles for servicing or repairs as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong customer service skills. Knowledge of automotive industry and vehicle features. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical Requirements:
Driving : Ability to drive a variety of vehicles safely and comfortably for extended periods. Lifting : Ability to lift and carry items, such as keys or paperwork, up to 25 pounds. Standing and Walking : Frequent standing and walking, often on uneven surfaces. Bending and Stooping : Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel to access vehicle compartments and perform inspections.
