A leading multi-hospital healthcare system in Texas is hiring a
Vice President of Nursing Informatics
to lead clinical technology strategy across the division. In this executive role, you'll drive EHR optimization, nursing workflow redesign, and informatics adoption in partnership with division and facility leaders. Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical informatics strategy across multiple hospitals Collaborate with nursing, operations, and IT leadership to optimize Meditech and other clinical systems Oversee nursing workflow design, adoption strategies, and informatics training Track performance metrics and drive evidence-based improvements Serve as the executive sponsor for Clinical Informatics initiatives Ensure compliance with Meaningful Use, CMS, and other regulatory programs Requirements
Active Texas RN license Master's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or related field National informatics certification (within 6 months of hire) 5+ years of leadership in acute care clinical informatics Strong Meditech expertise and multi-site project leadership experience Benefits
