About the Role
The Company seeks a dynamic Vice President of Marketing Growth Strategy to lead the development and execution of innovative demand generation strategies for its digital product portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a strategic visionary with a demonstrated history of successfully driving global campaign strategies, resulting in substantial year-over-year growth.
This role requires a creative problem-solver with a data-driven approach, capable of identifying and seizing growth opportunities. The VP will oversee a talented, multidisciplinary team, define impactful marketing strategies, and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to execute successful digital product campaigns. An in-depth understanding of B2B enterprise marketing, especially in HR solutions, is crucial. Additionally, adept budget management and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI are key components of this role.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess at least 10 years of demand generation or growth marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Strong project management capabilities, effective influence and collaboration in a diverse organizational setting, and exceptional communication skills are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
