The Company is seeking a Vice President of Data and Analytics to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive data strategy that is in line with the organization's long-term business goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering a data-first mindset, overseeing the creation of robust data infrastructure, and leading the application of advanced analytics and AI to drive business transformation. This executive-level role demands a leader who can ensure data is viewed as a core asset, and who can effectively collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into data solutions. The VP will also be tasked with establishing best practices for data quality, governance, and stewardship, as well as designing modern data ecosystems to empower the team with reliable, self-service analytics.
Applicants for the Vice President of Data and Analytics position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in data engineering, analytics, or data science, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and scaling data platforms and analytics functions, particularly in fast-paced environments. Advanced expertise in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud infrastructure is essential, as is practical experience in applying AI and machine learning to solve business problems.
