About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, HR Business Partner for Corporates, Partnerships, and Professional Services. The successful candidate will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving transformative HR strategies that support a high-performing, learning culture, and top talent organization. This role demands a strategic partner who can align HR strategies with business objectives, foster innovation, and lead change management initiatives. The VP, HRBP will also be accountable for talent strategy, organizational development, and will act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, with a focus on improving performance and driving business growth.
Applicants for the Vice President, HRBP role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in HR or related business leadership, with a strong background in high-functioning software development or technology-based organizations. Experience in supporting go-to-market and sales organizations, particularly in a software or digital environment, is essential.
