Vice President Growth Responsibilities Include: Lead all aspects of business development, including pipeline generation, opportunity capture, and relationship development across target customers including DOD (OSD, Army, Air Force, DHA) and DHS (CBP, INA). Develop and execute a strategic growth plan aligned with ATA's revenue and contract win goals. Manage customer-facing interactions and represent ATA with credibility and depth in capability. Oversee Salesforce pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting activities. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and growth strategies in ATA's core competencies: Data & AI and Digital Infrastructure for AI Adoption. Drive teaming strategies and technical solutioning in coordination with technical leads. Lead or support proposal efforts, pricing strategies, and negotiations for government contracts. Act as a liaison between senior leadership and capture teams to ensure alignment on priorities and investments. Promote ATA's qualifications and unique differentiators within 8(a), GSA, and Full & Open government procurement environments. Support internal reporting of performance metrics against growth goals. Vice President Growth Experience, Education required: Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred. 12-15 years of progressive experience in federal business development, preferably in emerging technologies and/or digital transformation fields and 10 years of leading successful sales teams. Demonstrated success securing contracts in excess of $200M+ in lifetime value. Experience in tribal or 8(a) environments highly preferred. Shipley experience required. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and federal acquisition processes. Vice President Growth Skills and Abilities: Deep network and established credibility with DOD and DHS customers. Expert understanding of 8(a), GSA, and Full & Open procurement processes. Strong leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret financial metrics and align growth plans with profit targets. Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment with a sense of urgency and ownership. Strong communication and storytelling skills, particularly when interfacing with executive leaders and technical teams. Company Information: Advanced Technology Application (ATA)
