About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing Analytics to lead the strategic insights and performance of high-volume, multi-channel acquisition campaigns. This pivotal role is focused on data-led marketing, and the successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering the end-to-end marketing analytics roadmap. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing analytics team, setting standards for attribution, media mix modeling, and lead scoring, and building robust forecasting and performance dashboards. The VP will also be instrumental in driving the evolution of analytics infrastructure, promoting a culture of data-driven marketing, and working closely with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions through data storytelling and experimentation.
Candidates for the VP of Marketing Analytics position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in marketing analytics, with at least 3 years in senior or executive leadership roles. The role requires a proven track record of influencing C-suite and non-technical stakeholders, as well as expertise in attribution, A/B testing, predictive modeling, and campaign analysis. Strong SQL and dashboarding skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of data infrastructure, ETL pipelines, and analytics automation. The ideal candidate will have exposure to web analytics platforms and advanced Excel modeling skills, and be comfortable in high-volume data environments. This is a unique opportunity to take on a high-impact leadership position with full ownership over analytics strategy and influence across various business functions.
