The Vice President of Data and Analytics will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, you will:
Develop and implement a forward-thinking data strategy while leading dynamic, cross-functional data teams that promote a data-driven culture.
Collaborate closely with business leaders to identify innovative opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and communicate complex insights effectively across various audiences.
Oversee the creation, management, and upkeep of scalable data pipelines, warehouses, and governance frameworks to facilitate analytics, ensure data integrity, and empower self-service analytics.
Drive pricing strategies by leading dynamic pricing models, price elasticity analyses, and experimentation initiatives to optimize business outcomes.
Your Impact:
You will spearhead our analytics strategy, providing high-impact insights that influence key decisions. Your expertise will be paramount in transforming raw data into actionable insights, empowering teams to fuel growth, inspire innovation, and sustain a competitive market position.
About You:
A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
Over 10 years of leadership experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing data teams and cloud-based platforms.
In-depth expertise in working with large datasets, predictive analytics, machine learning, and advanced analytical tools.
Experience in developing robust and scalable data platforms to meet evolving organizational data demands.
A knack for translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
Background in financial services or fintech with a solid understanding of data analytics related to structured and unstructured data.

Experience in the fintech lending sector.
This role is based in the US, with flexibility for remote work. However, we also value face-to-face collaboration and ask you to join us at our Oakland office for 3 consecutive days each month for team engagements and fun activities.
Compensation:
We value our employees and offer a competitive pay range of $252,000-$315,000 USD, which reflects qualifications, experience, and location. Our commitment to fair and equitable compensation will be evident through our offerings.
