Competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 - $130,000 per year with total compensation ranging from $112,000 - $155,000. Executive Advisory – Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and board-level presentations that translate technology metrics into business value. Roadmap & Budget Planning – Create and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps, capital/operational budgets, and investment justifications. Cybersecurity & Compliance – Assess posture against NIST CSF, CIS 18, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or CMMC (as applicable); coordinate remediation with AnchorSix SOC and client stakeholders. Cloud & Modern Workplace Strategy – Architect Microsoft 365, Azure, and SaaS adoption plans; guide migration and consolidation initiatives. Risk & Continuity Management – Maintain client risk registers, conduct BIA sessions, and align DR/BCP solutions to RTO/RPO requirements. Vendor & Contract Management – Evaluate, select, and negotiate with hardware, software, and telecom providers to optimize cost and performance. Service Delivery Governance – Review NOC/SOC and Help Desk metrics; ensure SLA compliance and initiate problem-management projects. Innovation & Change Leadership – Identify emerging technologies (AI/ML, zero-trust, XDR) and pilot solutions that drive competitive advantage. Thought Leadership & Mentoring – Contribute to AnchorSix knowledge base, mentor junior TAMs, and participate in community forums/webinars. QualificationsRequired Qualifications
4+ years in a client-facing vCIO, Technical Account Manager, or senior consultancy role at an MSP or other outsourced-IT provider . Proven track record managing
multiple simultaneous client portfolios (>$1 M annual recurring revenue combined). Deep familiarity with Microsoft 365/Azure ecosystems, modern networking/security stacks, and ITIL-aligned service operations. Hands-on experience building strategic IT plans, budgets, governance frameworks, and cybersecurity programs. Executive-level communication skills—comfortable interfacing with C-suite, boards, and non-technical stakeholders. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Certifications (one or more required) CISSP • CISM • CCSP • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect • ITIL 4 Managing Professional • PMP or PRINCE2• CompTia Sec+ Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field. Experience aligning technology with highly regulated industries (healthcare, legal, finance, government). Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA, Datto or similar RMM/PSA platforms. Ability to scope and sell professional services or project work.
