Day to day: 5+ years in Product Design, with a significant emphasis on UI, visual, and interaction design. 5+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams. Demonstrated experience shipping products across platforms and geos as a designer, while coaching others. A Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience. Appreciation for all design forms: interaction, visual, content, motion, and research. Expert proficiency with Figma, Miro, usertesting.com, Dovetail, and other industry-standard design software. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design expertise, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Strong systems thinker experienced in defining patterns, style guides, user testing, and building prototypes (low and high-fidelity). Solid understanding of software development and how to collaborate with developers. Self-starter with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and laser-sharp attention to detail and accuracy. Solid communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across the organization. Must Have:
