Active & Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly is REQUIRED Job Title: Voice Engineer Location: Columbia, MD Description: Investigate and resolve network and hardware issues of significance. Research, analyze, isolate, and resolve errors. Assess and update older networks as needed in accordance with specified plans. Provide escalated Tier-2 and Tier-3 technical support on data, voice, or video networks. Answer technical questions; recommend and implement approved courses of action. Install network applications on network servers or voice equipment; maintain, test, research, and resolve problems. Design, implement, and maintain various networks such as LAN, CAN, and voice systems according to specified requirements. Prepare data or voice network diagrams and drawings to document and communicate current operational status. Perform configurations and configuration changes on various voice or data equipment to enhance performance. Serve as a role model to less experienced personnel. Requirements: Active & Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly is REQUIRED Must have 15 years of systems and tools administration experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of SA experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree. DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
