The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in driving customer engagement, improving conversion rates, maximizing ROAS, and generating leads that contribute to revenue growth. This role collaborates across eCommerce, marketing, creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver integrated, performance-driven campaigns. Responsibilities Production, Management and Analysis of all DTC Communications Develop and manage the ecomm go-to-market calendar Create and implement online product launch plans and in-season activations for web content, paid media and DTC communication Organize content development across digital communications including email, SMS, paid social, and web Seasonal refresh of all automated email campaign flow creative Fully own and manage the customer loyalty program through the Loyalty Lion platform Own the creative briefs for the graphic design and web teams to implement a consistent message for all customer touch points Ensure consistency in voice and messaging across all communication channels Build and refine audience segmentation for message and creative testing for improved ROAS
Paid Media and PPC Campaigns Manage the digital agency and support all creative needs for campaign implementation Create and report on campaign performance metrics Write persuasive ad copy and promotional messaging for digital ads
Sales & Revenue Growth: Identify and implement marketing strategies to increase online sales, web traffic and conversions Monitor communication trends and develop action plans to address any issues or capitalize on opportunities
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service Manage customer support on paid media campaign comments and DMs Manage external agencies including media and affiliate for content updates and calendar planning Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, eCommerce or similar 5+ years of experience in DTC marketing – apparel or consumer goods a preference Experience within standarding ecommerce plaforms including but not limited to: Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar), Attentive or PostScripts SMS, Loyalty Lion and AirTable (Figma is a plus) Proven track record of driving online sales growth Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions Strong organizational and project management skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must be a self-motivator with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Work From Home (once weekly)
