Apogee's ideal Engineer will support our Intelligence Client in a dynamic environment supporting operations, data analysis, and data visualization tools development. The candidate will work closely with the chief engineer and product users to solve complex data-driven problems throughout the software development lifecycle of existing and new applications. The ideal candidate should have the capacity to work on both the front and back-end portions of the software environment. The candidate will implement software testing, operations, and maintenance (O&M), troubleshooting, system backup/restore, and software upgrades. A strong candidate will be a self-starter and have a demonstrated ability to learn and implement new skills across both software engineering and user domains adhering to well established software design and development principles.
We are seeking candidates with 5 years experience in one of the following skill sets: Software Engineering Web/Software Development Aerospace Engineering Data Science Applications Development Machine Learning Engineering Systems Engineering If you have experience in one of the above skills along with a TS/SCI with Fullscope Polygraph, then you'll love Apogee and the job opportunity!
Required
Bachelor's Degree. STEM degree strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in an object-oriented language such as Java, C#/.NET STK Systems Tool Kit Components and Engine Experience working with relational databases Experience with code repositories, such as Subversion and Git Experience developing software for geospatial, air and space domains What You'll Love About Apogee
