We are seeking skilled Cycle Counter Forklift Operators to manage the inventory and shipping and receiving of orders using a stand-up forklift. The role involves inventory tracking, control, and management. Using an RF scanner, Microsoft Excel and other software for documentation and reporting and shipping and inventory tracking. The operator will drive a stand-up lift and potentially a pallet runner and sit-down forklift if required in shipping. Responsibilities
Cycle counting for inventory management purposes. Utilize computer software, RF scanners, stand-up forklifts, and other warehouse tools and equipment for shipping and inventory management. Data entry, documentation, and reporting of inventory counts. Operate stand-up forklifts and pallet runners to handle shipping and receiving orders. Navigate through 20-25 lines in the warehouse to facilitate order shipments. Occasionally perform packaging, palletizing, labeling, and other general warehouse duties. Essential Skills
Cycle counting and inventory tracking and management. Documentation and reporting with Microsoft Excel, SAP, Oracle. Stand-up forklift operation. Proficient in using RF scanners. Warehouse and shipping and receiving work. Packaging, palletizing, and labeling. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift within specified weight limits; RF scanner will indicate when lift assist is needed. Experience in service industries such as Amazon or Peyton's is beneficial. Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic warehouse environment that is non-climate controlled. Utilize RF scanners, pick hoses, push carts, label parts, and transport them to shipping. Weekday shifts are 10 hours from Monday to Thursday, while weekend shifts are 12 hours from Friday to Sunday. Weekend shifts are paid for 40 hours despite working 36 hours. Various shifts are available including weekday and weekend options with additional shift premiums. Job Type & Location
This is a contract to hire position based out of Cleveland, TN. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
