Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as needed. Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering care. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.
