We are seeking a skilled and experienced C++ Windows Application Developer to support the full software development life cycle, including analysis, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation. This role requires a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of developing robust desktop and web-based applications in a Windows environment. Key Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC). Analyze technical requirements and assist in designing robust solutions. Develop, test, and implement software systems and applications. Work within defined timelines and meet established deadlines. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Provide development, maintenance, and ongoing support for existing applications. Ensure high-quality code through best practices and adherence to design standards. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Windows desktop application development. Proficiency in C++, including MFC, STL, and SQL programming. Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Solid experience with desktop and web-based application development in Windows environments. Proficient in dynamic polymorphism, templates, and pointer usage in C++. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile development methodologies. Working knowledge of C#, .NET, and Web APIs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Certifications (if any):
