* Plan and drive requirements meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams. * Formalize the requirements and work with the team (Product Managers, Scrum masters etc.) to split them into epics/user stories etc. * Work with developers to help translate the functional requirement into the respective technical tasks. * Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect changes in systems and processes. * Produce high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, system documentation, and training materials. Create process models, workflow diagrams, and use cases to support requirement documentation. * Assist in project planning and coordination activities. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and document test results. * Understand existing functionalities in the system and correlate the new requirements to integrate the updated changes.
