Our Customer is one of the world's largest investment management companies. Based in Southern California, our client manages close to $2 trillion in assets and is looking for a new partner to participate in a full-scale upgrade of their technology. We are looking for talented and ambitious people to work on the first engagement and we have a huge opportunity to impress them and earn a large share of their new and existing business. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and solution architects to quickly understand new requirements and assess necessary system changes. Partner daily with development teams, designers, copywriters, and other IT teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment. Analyze existing solutions and present actionable recommendations for improvement. Participate in design and code reviews, develop and unit test enhancements, and identify opportunities for refactoring. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. Provide well-reasoned solutions and design recommendations to address project, process, or program challenges. Clearly articulate and support proposals with confidence and clarity. Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create technical documentation and design materials suitable for both business and technical audiences. Exhibit technical leadership and strong problem-solving capabilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Maintain working knowledge of content and social media publishing platforms, and stay current on trends in desktop, mobile, and video platform development. Contribute to project planning by providing effort estimates, task breakdowns, and risk assessments for proposed changes. Mandatory Skills Description: Strong ability to work independently and architect proper solutions. Experience with GitHub Experience with AWS EKS and setup of relevant components (R53, EFS, S3, ECR, IAM, Lambda, etc.) AWS RDS (Postgres, Oracle, SQL) is a plus. Scripting experience is a plus (Python, Shell) Experience working with Kafka is a plus. Secrets management experience is a plus. Experience with Infrastructure as Code implementations (Terraform scripting) is a plus. Seniority level
