The Opportunity As part of the Enterprise Application Risk - Workday Compliance and Security team, you will manage and understand Workday implementations, configurations, and controls. As a Director, you will define strategic direction, lead business development, oversee multiple projects, and maintain high-level client relationships. You will play a key role in driving growth, shaping engagements, and mentoring future leaders. Responsibilities Manage Workday implementations and configurations. Set strategic direction and lead business development efforts. Oversee multiple projects and maintain executive-level client relations. Drive business growth and shape client engagements. Mentor emerging leaders. Configure and enhance business process controls. Ensure application security. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 9 years in ERP controls auditing, consulting, or implementation, with at least 4 years of Workday experience. What Sets You Apart Workday Financials or HCM certification. Experience managing Workday implementations and configurations. Ability to identify and address client needs. Leadership skills to guide teams and set vision. Business development and proposal leadership skills. Experience managing large engagements, controls, and security evaluations. Understanding of business and technology integration. Resource planning, project workflow, and budgeting skills. Experience working with systems integrators in Workday projects.
