Adams & Martin Group is working with a well-established law firm located in Santa Ana, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional legal representation in personal injury and civil litigation matters. Our team is passionate about advocating for our clients and achieving outstanding results through skilled litigation and trial work.
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in Personal Injury law and trial experience. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing complex litigation cases from inception through trial. This is a fully in-office position.
Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and draft legal documents Prepare and summarize depositions and medical records Organize and maintain case files and trial binders Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses Support attorneys during trial, including courtroom assistance Manage deadlines and ensure timely filings with courts Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on personal injury Proven trial experience is required Strong knowledge of California civil procedure Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
