What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for UKG Workforce Management Pro, Workforce Dimensions, and InTouch 9000/9100 time clocks.
- Provide technical assistance for Workday system: testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and configuration.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and meet HR and business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop documentation and system guidance for stakeholders.
What You Need to Bring:
- At least three years of experience building integrations with Dell Boomi and a Dell Boomi Professional Integration Certification.
- Over ten years of experience with UKG system configuration and administration.
- Minimum five years of experience with UKG Workforce Management Pro.
- Experience applying union contract configurations.
- Experience managing HR technology or system functionality preferred.
