Data Analyst I - Adobe
Location: Richfield, MN (Hybrid Schedule)
Tell us about your department: The Digital Intelligence & Optimization organization responsible for reporting and analysis in the Ecommerce department.
Project Description: Looking for one role to support reporting from Adobe Customer Journal Analytics.
Position Summary/Job Description: The role focused on support for reporting, making sure reports generated from Adobe Customer Journey Analytics are sent on time. Where discrepancies are found, they could be the front lines of fixing an error and escalating to management if they cannot fix it. This person may also provide some ad hoc analysis related to traffic and engagement of how customer are engaging with elements of the web site and mobile apps.
Skills Overview: 1) Ability to gather and interpret data 2) Experience using SaaS software 3) Strong communication skills 4) Curious 5) Helpful to others
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for? 1) Problem solver with outside the box thinker 2) Experience working in eCommerce, with websites or digital marketing
