The Senior Account Executive for the vineyard vines Golf Division will oversee the New England territory, managing and growing a portfolio of green grass accounts. This role is responsible for nurturing existing relationships, expanding market share, identifying and onboarding new partners, and driving overall revenue growth across the region. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in wholesale account management, preferably within the golf or premium apparel space, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve or exceed annual sales targets for the New England territory
- Deepen partnerships with existing green grass accounts through strategic engagement and consistent follow-up
- Identify and close 10+ new qualified accounts annually
- Grow territory revenue 5–10% YoY through effective relationship and sales management
- Travel throughout New England to present the vineyard vines Golf line and build in-person client relationships
- Provide weekly business development recaps to the Head of Sales, including market insights, pipeline status, and account health updates
- Partner with Inside Sales to ensure timely and accurate order processing and account service
- Coordinate with the Credit team to ensure account compliance and order release readines
- Lead pricing and margin conversations when opening new accounts or negotiating bulk purchases, keeping leadership informed of potential risks
- Support regional golf events in partnership with the Off-Course & Event Sales Director, including merchandising and on-site brand representation
- Attend national and regional trade shows to grow brand awareness and deepen account reach
- Execute on operational tasks including order entry, embroidery approvals, and historical sales analysis
- Deliver exceptional, high-touch service to golf professionals, shop buyers, and retail staff
- 7+ years of experience in wholesale account management, sales, or business development
- Background in golf, apparel, or premium/lifestyle brands strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- High level of organization, accountability, and attention to detail
- Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance multiple workstreams
- Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to travel frequently across New England
