(Asheville, North Carolina) Oral Surgeon Job Description
We are supporting three locations with three doctors and are looking to add a fourth practice in Asheville, NC with a fourth Oral Surgeon. Our team strives to make every patient comfortable during treatment. We have experienced certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants who assist with IV sedation, outpatient general anesthesia, and all surgical procedures. Our mission is to help patients live healthier lives. Our doctors are available 24/7, and we are committed to working with you regardless of your financial situation. Base salary is $350,000 If net collections exceed $1 million, 33% of collections are paid Sign-on bonus of $50,000 paid immediately upon employment agreement execution Medical / Vision Insurance Dental insurance is reimbursed directly by the practice CE payment of $5,000 per year Mileage reimbursement of $500 per month / $6,000 per year Eligible for 401k after 60 days; 4% match (immediately vested) Paid vacation Malpractice insurance covered Up to $10,000 relocation assistance If interested, please email your resume to
