Key Responsibilities: Build lasting relationships by connecting with clients and understanding their needs Guide customers through the luxury car buying experience with professionalism and care Conduct in-depth vehicle presentations and exhilarating test drives to showcase advanced features Stay up-to-date on Genesis models and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations Exceed customer expectations throughout every step of the sales process-from first interaction to final delivery Collaborate with a driven, customer-focused team that's passionate about excellence Represent the Genesis brand with pride, integrity, and enthusiasm Who You Are: A confident communicator with a passion for people A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reward environment Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed Tech-savvy and eager to learn about innovative automotive technologies Honest, dependable, and driven to deliver a five-star customer experience Sales experience is a plus-but if you're hungry to learn, we'll train you What You Bring: A positive attitude and professional appearance Willingness to go the extra mile for your clients High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual skills are a plus Why Join Genesis of North Aurora? Benefits Include: Pay range for this position: $45,000 - $200,000 Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education Available Benefits include medical insurance, with HSA options that include employer contribution to your HSA, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance Paid Maternity Leave PTO after 90 days of employment Vacation up to three weeks depending upon years of service 401k retirement account with annual lucrative employer match Ancillary supplemental products available
