Hours: Part Time, PRN Join Our Team of Dedicated Home Health Care Professionals in Chicago – 60649 SIGN ON BONUS! $5,000 full-time $2,500 part-time Shifts Available: 7pm – 7am – Friday / Saturday Elite Care Management is a privately owned home health care company with over 26 years of experience in providing compassionate, high-acuity care. We specialize in supporting adult patients with Spinal Cord Injuries, Traumatic Brain Injuries, and other complex medical needs. Why Choose Home Health with Elite? Deliver patient care based on the established care plan, updating as necessary. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring their effectiveness. Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in patient condition. What You’ll Need to Join: Valid Driver’s License Social Security Card Auto Insurance Card Current CPR Certification TB Test Results: 2-step or chest x-ray within the past 12 months, or QuantiFERON Gold blood test within the last 5 years Ready to Make a Difference?
