Overview
Work closely with software engineers to translate the CO2 refrigeration process into plain English to explain operational details, write control narratives, and develop supervise story sequence of operations.
Solid understanding of Scada systems and be able to communicate intelligently with integration engineers.
Ensure designs align with relevant codes and standards such as ASHRAE, IIAR, NEC.
Provide onsite and remote startup support for the commissioning, troubleshooting and tuning of controls/refrigeration system to ensure operational success
Serve as a technical liaison to clients, providing clear and accurate information about system performance and capabilities.
Provide technical support to sales teams during the proposal phase by preparing system designs overviews, cost and time estimates, and technical documentation.
Actively collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Product Management and Sales teams throughout the selling process to ensure the identified opportunities are delivered as proposed.
Drive Innovation by staying up to date on emerging technologies, industry trends, competitive product lines and best practices in industrial refrigeration.
Assist in the creation of informative content and conduct training of internal staff, manufacturers, and customers to increase their competencies.
Required Education, Experience and Skills: Bachelors of Science degree in any relevant engineering discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial refrigeration, commercial refrigeration or HVAC industries.
Experience with CO2, ammonia, and other natural refrigerants.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycle principles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
Knowledge in system diagrams (P&ID) and use of design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and analysis tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Ability to travel 10% to 50% depending on project demands, all travel expenses are company paid.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills: IIAR certifications or equivalent training in industrial refrigeration. Schedule The facility works 24 hours a day and typically 5 days a week. Our core office hours range anywhere between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and are flexible given we work together to best support business demands as well as the needs of our customers around the world.
