This hybrid role offers high visibility and cross-functional collaboration across finance, operations, and legal teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in partnership taxation, ASC 740, FATCA, CRS, and fund structures, with a strong interest in scalable, tech-enabled tax operations. Highlights: Compensation: Competitive Base & Bonus Industry: Alternative Investments / Private Funds Key Responsibilities: Lead investor tax reporting including K-1 preparation oversight Manage global tax compliance (federal, state, international, indirect tax) Support ASC 740 disclosures and uncertain tax position analysis Partner on FATCA/CRS, audit responses, and investor tax inquiries Enhance and automate tax workflows in coordination with cross-functional teams Ideal Profile: 5–7 years of U.S. tax experience, with a strong background in partnership tax and fund reporting CPA or JD strongly preferred Familiar with ASC 740, FATCA, CRS, and tax implications of alternative fund structures Strong Excel skills and exposure to tax automation or process improvement initiatives This is a unique chance to join a collaborative, fast-growing platform and take ownership of a critical tax function.
