Role Description We’re hiring a No-Code AI & Systems Developer for a full-time, on-site role in Lakewood, NJ. You’ll build and manage internal systems using no-code and low-code platforms. Daily work will involve setting up AI agents, managing databases, and testing workflows. You’ll collaborate with our team to deliver efficient, scalable solutions tailored to our clients' needs. We’re looking for someone who’s genuinely excited about the fast-moving AI space and passionate about how AI and no-code tools are shaping the future of work. Qualifications Passionate about the evolving AI and no-code space Applicants must have proven experience with no-code/low-code tools like Airtable, ClickUp, Make.com, Zapier, Relay, Monday.com, Asana, N8N, Pipedrive, and DocuSign Strong understanding of system design, software workflows, and database management Skilled in identifying business needs, analyzing workflows, and translating them into functional software solutions Comfortable debugging systems and improving automation processes Team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively on-site Seniority level
