The President/CEO serves as the chief executive and administrative officer of the El Dorado-Union County Chamber of Commerce. Employment, tenure, benefits, and compensation are subject to an employement agreement requiring the approval of the Board of Directors. Responsibilities Develop strategic and tactical plans to accomplish the Chamber's core mission in conjunction with the Chamber's volunteer leadership, to increase the amount of business and employment in El Dorado & Union County. Takes a leadership role in working with the city and the county officials. Leads, trains, and motivates the staff Qualifications 5 years in economic development or Business/Industry management Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills Residential Requirement This position requires their primary residence be in Union County within 60 days of employment and throughout their tenure.
