Dialysis Registered Nurse
Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse to join their team. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be part of the patient care team supporting individuals with End Stage Kidney Disease. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Dialysis Registered Nurse Location: Fairhope, AL Pay Range: Starting Pay at: $47.00 Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8 What's the Job? Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients. Perform ongoing assessment and documentation of patient data pre, during, and post hemodialysis treatment. Educate patients and families on treatment options and care plans. Administer medications as prescribed and document their effectiveness. Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes. What's Needed? Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current appropriate state licensure. 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN. Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
