We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious
Glazier.
The ideal candidate will have experience installing glass panels- including units up to 9 feet tall -and must be capable of safely
operating a small boom lift
to perform elevated installations. This position requires a strong attention to detail, ability to read blueprints, and comfort working in both residential and commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate small boom lifts and other equipment to access elevated work areas Install, glaze, and seal glass panels up to 9 feet in height in doors, windows, storefronts, and curtain walls Measure, cut, and fit glass to required dimensions Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Load, unload, and handle glass products with care to avoid damage Apply appropriate sealants, weatherproofing, and fastening methods Inspect completed work to ensure high-quality standards and proper installation Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations on-site
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of glazing experience preferred Proven experience handling large glass panels (up to 9') Certified or qualified to operate boom lifts (small/compact models) Knowledge of glass types, tools, and installation techniques Comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Valid driver's license with clean record Ability to pass background and drug screening (if required)
