is seeking a BC/BE Heart Failure Cardiologist to join our team of experienced Heart Failure physicians at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of the expanding network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical and strong communication skills with a commitment to outstanding patient care.
Opportunity Highlights
Join a valued and successful team of CHF physicians with extensive experience in managing LVAD, PAH, ECMO and pVAD patients including strong collaboration with academic centers for patients requiring transplants. Collaborate with a dynamic network of experienced physicians, specialists, and support staff who foster a culture of collaboration with strong clinical support. Eligibility for faculty appointment to the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. Highly competitive compensation package, including a robust benefits package.
Requirements Include
Previous experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient heart failure services at a large tertiary care medical center M.D./D.O. degree from a recognized Medical or Osteopathic School Board Eligible or Board Certified Obtain or have the ability to obtain a New Jersey Medical License

Specialization : Area of specialization and sub-specialization.

Experience : Years of relevant experience in the areas of specialization and sub-specialization.
Leadership : Relevant experience as a department chair or chief, practice group leader, or other leadership roles.
Education and Certifications : Degrees attained, residencies, fellowships, board certifications, research, and publications.
Productivity : Levels of productivity, quality and patient satisfaction.
Skills : Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies.
Geographic Location:
Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.
Internal Equity:
Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the specialty and/or sub-specialty.
Budget and Grant Funding:
Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.
In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits. The final compensation and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
