About the Job: Our client is publicly traded company based in Houston, TX and they are seeking a strong Assistant Controller to help support the accounting & finance team. Responsibilities: Hands-on responsibility for all monthly close activities, including all book keeping, invoicing, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, monthly financial reporting Assist Controller in all aspects related to finance for the organization Should be comfortable analyzing balance sheets in order to forecast revenue and keep track of AP & AR Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field 4 - 6 years experience in Assistant Controller roles Public company experience Strong grasp of technical accounting and SOX/Internal controls Strong technical, analytical, communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite E78 Partners is a leading provider of finance, accounting and technology solutions for middle-market businesses and financial sponsors.
