Position: Temporary Meal Site Manager Location: Lunenburg Adult Activity Center Job Duties Under the supervision of the Council on Aging Director, responsibilities include managing the food service program according to policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements. This involves providing leadership, support, and guidance to ensure food quality, inventory, and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two to three years’ experience working with seniors in a nutritional or food service program
Supervisory experience preferred
Experience in high-volume institutional food preparation desirable
Knowledge of “Serve Safe” regulations
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Willingness to obtain Serve Safe and Allergen Certification
Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and access to a motor vehicle
Red Cross CPR, First Aid, and Defibrillator certifications (or ability to obtain within one year)
Excellent communication and organizational skills

This is a temporary, full-time (36 hours/week), non-benefited position with a pay range of $22.95/hr to $28.22/hr.
