Develop and implement estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax plans Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents Coordinate multistate estate administrations and trust administrations Advise clients on business succession planning and tax-efficient ownership transfers Conduct federal and state tax research and prepare detailed memoranda Represent clients in IRS and Massachusetts Department of Revenue audits and appeals Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to client development initiatives Requirements
11 years of specialized experience in estate planning and federal and state tax law Active admission to the Massachusetts Bar Demonstrated ability to manage complex client engagements and deadlines Proven track record with high-value estate and gift tax matters Exceptional analytical, drafting, and client-communication skills Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Certifications
Active Massachusetts Bar admission Skills
