Ensure operational uptime and integrity of IT systems critical to production, communication, and business operations Administer user access, permissions, and system configurations in accordance with security and compliance requirements Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users, hardware, software, and network systems Support and help optimize the ERP system (IQMS) to align with operational needs and business objectives Serve as the on-site IT point of contact, collaborating with leadership and vendors as necessary KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and monitor computer networks, servers, printers, and other IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability Provide desktop support to all users, including troubleshooting PCs, software applications, and connectivity issues Configure and deploy hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software to new and existing users Support the daily operation of the IQMS ERP system, including generating crystal reports, user training, troubleshooting, and liaising with the ERP support team Manage active users, groups, permissions, and policies Ensure regular data backups are completed and system recovery procedures are tested and functional Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, asset inventories, licensing information, and user guides Drive cybersecurity best practices including virus protection, security patching, firewall administration, and user awareness Collaborate with internal teams to support projects such as software upgrades, system migrations, and equipment rollouts Interface with external vendors for hardware procurement, warranty services, and specialized IT support QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
