to join our clinical team and help provide exceptional care to our residents with pulmonary needs. What You'll Do:
Deliver respiratory-focused nursing care and interventions Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to optimize treatment plans Monitor and manage respiratory equipment, oxygen therapy, and medications Educate staff and families on best practices in respiratory care Help improve resident outcomes and overall quality of life What We're Looking For:
LVN or RN license in California Experience with trach care, oxygen therapy, and respiratory disease management preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, detail-oriented, and resident-focused Why Ridgeway Post Acute?
